Pricing

Visionwerx [SpaBerry] reserves the right to change posted prices without notice due to such events as fluctuating international exchange rates and price increases from our suppliers and freight carriers.

Errors on Our Site

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Visionwerx [SpaBerry] reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

Order cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been given to VisionWerx [SpaBerry] and a confirmation of the order is processed.

Sales Tax

Visionwerx [SpaBerry] is located in Alberta Canada and charges the sales taxes applicable to Alberta. Orders shipped outside of Alberta are charged GST or HST depending on the final destination of the goods. You are expected to comply with your Provinces/States/Country(s) current laws regarding purchases over the Internet. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to sales tax but may incur border fees such as duty and brokerage.
